Job Description -

Proactive assistance to passengers

Management of information desks by providing all the information/directions required to any passenger for smooth travel

Coordination with Operations team and Supervisors for trolleys and inter-terminal coach availability

Keeping a daily record of all the information resolved and unresolved for improvements

Updating the reporting manager regarding any issue for immediate action

Should be proficient with all the information within and outside the airport to assist diligently

Will work on third party pay-rolls/outsourced rolls

Will be required to work in shifts (day/night)
